*Note: The weekly availability information presented here will be updated frequently.  However, it may not be 100% accurate, as new registrations occur frequently.  Please contact us if you would like us to confirm availability.  If you register for a week that is already full, we will contact you ASAP and issue a full refund if no other week(s) work for your schedule.

**Weeks 6 & 7 are eligible for $50/person/week discounts to Members of the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University.

Waiting List:  It is not uncommon for people to change their plans, so let us know if you would like to be placed on a waiting list for a particular week or weeks.

Vegetarian options are available at every meal. Other requirements may be impossible to accommodate (this is rural Montana!). Bringing or purchasing your own food is permitted (see FAQs).

If you are a Member of the ANSDU and would like to receive a discount of $50/person/week, please provide your membership number below. Remember to use promo code 2017AcademyDinos at checkout. Please remember that the discount is only available during weeks 6 and 7.
Credit card payments will include a 3% processing fee. If you pay by check, we'll hold your reservation for up to 10 business days for your check to arrive in the mails. Other payment options may be available. Please inquire for details.

Congratulations!  You're now a 2017 Expedition Crew Member! So what's next?

  • Once you submit your deposit you should receive a confirmation email, which will also include a password for the 'Expedition Crew Members & Students Only' page of our website, which you can access below.
  •  On that page you can access all of the required forms and waivers, links to complete your payments, and much more information you'll find useful as you make your plans.

Payment Schedule Reminder

  • Deposit: A 20% deposit is due upon registration.  
  • 2nd Payment: 50% of the balance is due by May 1, 2017
  • Final Payment: Due by June 1, 2017
  • Notes:
    • No fees are refundable after June 1
    • Payments made after June 1, 2017 are subject to a 10% Late Payment Fee
    • After June 5, registrations with unpaid balances will be closed, your spot(s) forfeited and given to someone on the waiting list
